After entering your payment details, our office will process your order.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days, although delivery times may vary by season, but you will be updated if we can't get to you within those 5 days. 

You will receive a confirmation email and be asked for any special delivery instructions.

Our staff will arrive with your wood, using a crane lift on the wagon to place it as close to your desired drop-off spot as possible.

Your wood will be supplied in showerproof, recyclable bags for your convenience.

A quick tip for the season: If you have the storage space, try to order your firewood during the summer months. Suppliers are often less busy, and it gives you plenty of time to stack the wood in a dry, ventilated area before the winter cold sets in.
