Recommended firewood supplier for Ludlow and Tenbury Wells area. David supplied me with some excellent hardwood firewood. Knowing that it is clean from harmful pesticides or preservatives, I even used some of it to smoke a pulled pork with perfect results!

I’ve used David Ward Firewood several times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The logs are locally sourced, cut and kiln-dried on site, so you can see the whole process from start to finish. It’s far better than buying wood imported from overseas, where you have no idea how it has been sourced or the environmental impact of transporting it such long distances. David is also a pleasure to deal with — friendly, reliable and always willing to help.
